<p>Mtre Kelci is particularly involved in gaining a deeper understanding of the evolution of succession and property law within a digital context. She represented the Chamber of Notaries of Québec as a national delegate during the XXVII International Congress of Notaries held in Lima, Peru, on October 9-12, 2013. She also lectures, mainly through the Chamber of Notaries of Quebec, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She is published by JurisClasseur Québec and Éditions Yvon Blais.
