Ms. Sevgi Kelci

Ms. Sevgi Kelci is a multilingual and legal professional, qualified as a Title Attorney in Québec. She has distinguished herself by her dedication to notarial practice with a multidisciplinary approach and a focus on real estate law and succession law. Her notarial practice also covers non contentious matters, civil law, commercial/corporate law, Internet law, lease & contract of employment.

Mtre Sevgi Kelci, LL.B., D.D.N., LL.M., LL.D. (candidate -Université de Montréal et Panthéon-Assas), Founding Title Attorney since 2009, practises in succession law -domestic, cross border and international-, in trust law, in non-contentious matters before Notary, in real estate law and in mediation/alternate dispute resolution as Family Mediator. Since 2015, she has been teaching trust and succession law as a part-time professor to the notarial students of the University of Ottawa, Civil Law Section, and since 2017, at Sherbrooke University. She is chairman of the Board of Directors of Notarius TSIN. She is a member of a disciplinary committee at the Chamber of notaries of Québec (The Committee on Notarial Professional Practice). She is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Canadian Bar Association, Section Wills, Estate and Trusts. Finally, Mtre Kelci also serves as a member of the Membership and Mentoring Committee of Corporate Connections II, for Montréal Chapter.

Mtre Kelci is particularly involved in gaining a deeper understanding of the evolution of succession and property law within a digital context. She represented the Chamber of Notaries of Québec as a national delegate during the XXVII International Congress of Notaries held in Lima, Peru, on October 9-12, 2013. She also lectures, mainly through the Chamber of Notaries of Quebec, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She is published by JurisClasseur Québec and Éditions Yvon Blais. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis (Université de Montréal-Université Panthéon-Assas) on a topic related to the legal qualification of bitcoin. She is the first Turkish civil law notary in Canada.

Mr. Cenker Özhelvacı

He was responsible for delivering the B2B and B2C sales targets as well as expanding the credit bureau data assets. Before joining AECB, Cenker worked for Experian for 10 years, managing Balkans, Turkey and Middle East regions. He was responsible for managing one of the fastest growing regions of Experian.
