When will the conference take place? Where is it located?

IMISC 2018 will take place in Ankara, Turkey, from October 17-19, 2018

What is the language of the conference?

There are both English and Turkish tracks. Please check relevant tracks on this page.

How can I register?

You should fill the registration form.

What are the registration fee rates?

You can find registration rates on this page.

How can I submit my full paper?

You should first make a submission on OC system. Then you should upload your file on OC system with the ID that you have obtained from OC.

I forgot my ID and /or password. How can I get them back?

You should go to upload page and click “forgot ID” or “ forgot password” links. Your ID and/or your password will be sent to your e-mail address that you made submission with.

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

You can reserve any hotel that suits your needs from trivago.com, hotels.com or other websites. You can find the rates on these websites.

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly.

Is the conference schedule available?

Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website in late August. The program can be found in this page

How can my organization become a conference sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so act today.

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

IMISC is unable to assist with travel or registration costs.

What is the cancellation fee policy for the conference?

Registration fees are refundable, less a $60 processing fee, up until September 9 . No refund will be issued for cancellations starting September 10.

Registrations are transferable (within the same category) until July 29 with a $60 administrative transfer fee. Starting July 30, 2018, transfers will not be accepted.

IMISC is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after July 29, 2018.
