Guest Speaker LL.B., D.D.N., LL.M., LL.D. (candidate -Université de Montréal et Panthéon-Assas) Mtre Kelci is particularly involved in gaining a deeper understanding of the evolution of succession and property law within a digital context. She represented the Chamber of Notaries of Québec as a national delegate during the XXVII International Congress of Notaries in Peru, in 2013. She also lectures, mainly through the Chamber of Notaries of Quebec, the Canadian Bar Association (CBA), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She is published by JurisClasseur Québec and Éditions Yvon Blais. She is currently working on her doctoral thesis (Université de Montréal-Université Panthéon-Assas) on a topic related to the legal qualification of bitcoin.Mtre Sevgi Kelci
