<p><strong>Burak Ersoy</strong> graduated from Ankara College, METU Mining Engineering, Gazi Graduate School – Organizational Development and Chicago Booth School of Business
respectively.</p>
<p>His career started from finance, shifted into marketing,sales, retail and finally continued in general management in different industries whereas Marsh and McLennan, KraftSA, TeknoSA, Turkcell are companies to name.</p>
<p>He had been successful in driving profitable growth via innovative key driver strategies and transformation in Telco/FMCG, often in complex cultural and
politically challenging contexts.</p>
<p>In 2016 he was awarded as second best CEO in Telco and top 50 among all industries within Ukraine.</p>
<p>By the beginning of 2018, he positioned himself as an investor and a mentor in traditional but underdeveloped industries mainly in context of management.</p>
<p>A continuous learner and on-the-go keeping in mind healthy mind stays on healthy body.</p>
<p>Married with two sons.</p>
