<p>The rise in the stature of the Management Information Systems Conferences (IMISCs) reflects the impressive efforts within the academy and the industry. IMISC 2018 bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to present their latest results and identify new trends and challenges in providing information components in a range of innovative application contexts.</p>
<p>We’ve been overwhelmed by the level of interest that the IMISC 2018 have received to date, with many colleagues over the past week contacting us regarding an extension to submit their papers, short-papers, posters, etc. Therefore, we are pleased to announce an official extension to the submission deadline. We now require all submissions by 23:59 on Sunday 12 August 2018. No additional deadline extension will be provided later on because of the strict schedule for the review process.</p>
<p>Thank you for your continued interest in participating at IMISCs.</p>
